Ricardo Diaz Insurance is a licensed independent insurance agency operating in Arizona. We provide insurance advisory services, including but not limited to:

- Life Insurance (term and permanent)
- Dental and Vision Insurance
- Retirement planning and annuities
- Pre-paid funeral plans
Our services are provided free of charge to clients. We are compensated by insurance carriers when policies are placed. This does not affect the objectivity of our recommendations.
3. A2P SMS / MMS Messaging Program

Standard carrier message and data rates may apply to all SMS and MMS messages sent and received. These charges are billed by your mobile carrier and are not controlled by Ricardo Diaz Insurance. Contact your wireless carrier for pricing details.
By providing your mobile phone number to Ricardo Diaz Insurance — verbally, through a web form, via a signed consent form, or through any other channel — you expressly consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated SMS and MMS messages from Ricardo Diaz Insurance.
Consent is not a condition of purchasing any insurance product or service. You may receive insurance services without consenting to receive SMS communications.
4. Opt-Out & Help Instructions
How to Opt Out or Get Help
Reply STOP, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message to immediately opt out and stop receiving SMS/MMS messages. You will receive one final confirmation message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent.

7. Limitation of Liability
Ricardo Diaz Insurance provides insurance advisory services in good faith. We are not responsible for decisions made by insurance carriers, delays in coverage processing, or changes in plan availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ricardo Diaz Insurance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on information provided.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid to us in connection with the relevant transaction, or $100, whichever is greater.
8. Changes to Terms
Ricardo Diaz Insurance reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted at terms.ricardodiazinsurance.com with an updated effective date.
Continued use of our services or receipt of SMS/MMS messages after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
For material changes affecting your SMS consent, we will send a notice via SMS prior to the change taking effect.
